Bleu de Chanel Parfum Review
Powerful and refined, Bleu de Chanel Parfum is the essence of determination. This woody aromatic fragrance is one that can be enjoyed year round.
Design
As you can see here the Parfum version comes In this deep blue bottle with gold writing on the front. The design is very simple, yet very elegant. I’d like to think that Chanel chose such a simple design to allow their name to carry its own weight. When your name is iconic, you don’t have to flex. You are who you are and people know who you are.
Fragrance Profile
The interpretation that I chose to buy is the Parfum which was released in 2018. You can also purchase Bleu de Chanel in an EDP as well as an EDT. I personally chose the Parfum because it’s the most powerful and intense version but it still holds the Essence of Bleu de Chanel. The top notes are Lemon Zest, bergamot, mint. Middle notes of Lavender, geranium and pineapple and base notes of Sandalwood, cedar and Tonka bean. This one lasts about 8-10 hours on me, like I said it’s powerful. If you didn’t know Parfum concentration contains the most oil and is the most expensive with the longest staying power.
When to Wear it?
If you’re in the hunt for a signature scent that can be worn year round, this is it bro. It’s very masculine and alluring, but it’s not over powering at all. This can be worn at the office, on a date, and even just running errands around town. When I put this on, I feel sexy and successful. Again this one is definitely at the top of my list for a great signature fragrance.
Where to buy?
The 1.7 oz Parfum comes in around $125 and You can purchase this one in a variety of places. You can obviously get this from directly from the Chanel website, but you can hit up your local fragrance counter and purchase this as well. I’ll be sure to have it listed below so you can check it out!!
Overall Opinion
I’m so glad I purchased this classic from Chanel. I’m actually on my second bottle now (which should tell you a lot). Question of the day. Which fragrance would you like for me to review next? I’m building up my fragrance collection and want to experience new fragrances? Let me know in the comments.
